Digital Nomad Community Experience Map
Conducted independent research with 68 survey participants and 12 in-depth user interviews to create a comprehensive "Digital Nomad Ecosystem" map and report.
Nomadico Community Management
Facilitated community through the co-creation of weekly events for a digital nomad coliving for one month with 21 residents (guests & volunteers), staying from one-week to one-month.
Chateau Coliving Writer's Haven
Led a month-long writer's residency as the community facilitator and program designer for 12 location-independent writers.
Coliver's Club Community
Developed content strategy for Slack community about the Coliving industry that resulted in ~19% growth of total members and ~+15% in active users over a 4 month period.
Try out Tulsa & Tulsa Bound
Collaborated with Tulsa Remote to bring two programs to life. Leveraging deep consumer insights, I advised on the experience design, strategy, and programming for digital nomads and remote professionals.
Parea Pop-up
Designed and executed a multi-generational and family oriented coliving popup. Facilitated the community for the two-month international retreat for ~60 guests during the COVID pandemic and navigating the changing landscape of regulations and guest comfort.
Coliving Coaching: Hacker Paradise
Sun & Co.
Coached leadership teams at two digital nomad-focused programs, driving improvements in operations, team engagement, and processes through a combination of research and high-impact stakeholder facilitation.

FUTURES Pop-up
Created and executed pop-up coliving retreats in Serbia and Mexico, bringing together ~20 digital nomads for salon-style gatherings that sparked deep connections and conversations.
